Right to Silent Refusal
Because our team operates with absolute precision under restricted buy-side briefs, Studio-Frontiers reserves the absolute right to refuse any applicant at our sole discretion. We are under no legal or operational obligation to respond to your submission, schedule a meeting, provide forensic feedback, or explain why your company does not align with our active mandates.
Data Accuracy Warranty
You warrant that all cap table metrics, regional revenue figures, corporate registration parameters, and operational data submitted are completely accurate, truthful, and free from misrepresentation.
3. Intellectual Property and Initial Submissions
Studio-Frontiers treats all incoming communications with elite professional care and strict confidentiality as detailed in our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that the open transmission of data over the internet carries inherent security risks.
No Unsolicited Trade Secrets
You agree not to submit hyper-proprietary source code, unpatented trade secrets, or highly sensitive intellectual property before a formal, bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been digitally executed by both authorized parties.
