We only collect operational and corporate data that is strictly necessary to evaluate your organization's alignment with our active investment mandates. This information is gathered exclusively when you voluntarily submit your corporate metrics through our Application for Appraisal portal. Collected data points include:
Corporate Identity
Legal company names, operational jurisdictions, registration data, and founder biographical information.
Operational Metrics
Documented regional revenue figures, product validation data, and localized structural footprints within Sub-Saharan Africa.
Structural Mechanics
Fragmented cap table configurations, intercompany agreement frameworks, historical accounting overviews, and existing governance parameters.
2. Restricted Purpose of Utilization
Your proprietary information is treated with absolute operational restraint. Studio-Frontiers utilizes your submitted data solely for the following exhaustive purposes:

If our appraisal determines that your business does not currently match our active deployment mandates, your submitted information will be securely and permanently erased from our internal staging servers within a standardized operational timeframe, unless a prolonged relationship is mutually agreed upon in writing.
